Vintage Copeland Spode Blue Italian 3 Piece Soap Dish -EUC -Circa 1910’s. Rare & Highly Collectible Find In Excellent Condition – Cottagecore perfection. The soap dish is fully functional and displays beautifully. The basin is white with a thick chinoiserie border in blue, the strainer rests on the lip of the basin, its white on the bottom and is gorgeously decorated with the Italian Blue pattern inside. The strainer is perforated to allow water to escape a bar of soap. The lid features a peaked knob and is also adorned with the Italian Blue pattern, solid white on the underside. Height 3.5 Inches. There are NO chips, cracks or repairs. The bottom of the strainer shows a few spots of slight discoloration. There is very slight wear on the foot of the basin. It most likely, hasn’t ever been used for its intended purpose and has spent most of its life in a china cabinet. It’s now ready for a new home as we downsize.
