This Listing is for a Brooks Brothers Milano suit in a dark classic navy that Brooks Brothers often uses. It is in a very nice preowned condition but has a few wrinkles which should come out no problem. Please see pictures for details. There is about 1.75 to let out in the sleeves. There is about 2.5 to let out in the length of the pants. Pit to Pit: 20.5. Leg Opening: 15.5. Measurement descriptions and other information are listed below. All measurements are done with the garment flat on a table. The fabric is not pulled or stretched during measurements. It is allowed to lay naturally. All measurements are taken with a flat ruler rather than a measuring tape. This measurement is taken from the outside edge of the sleeve while lying face up. It Is measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve. This measurement is the width between one arm pit to the other measured at the seam. This measurement is indication of the chest size. This Is measured with the jacket laying face up. This measurement is the width of the jacket at the top button 2. Button for 3 button jackets. This measurement is taken with the jacket lying face up and with the button buttoned. Keep in mind that this is the most “objective” measurement since the button can have movement inside the buttonhole. Also please note that this measurement may not be the narrowest part of the jacket due to differences in how jackets are cut. This measurement is taken from one upper seam of the shoulder to the other. This measurement is taken with the jacket lying face down and does not include any fabric from the sleeves. This measurement is taken with the jacket lying face down. It is the measurement that runs from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the jacket. This pant measurement is the waist measurement done while the plant is lying flat. The measurement is then doubled. This is the total length of the pant. The measurement is taken down the side of the pant while the pants are lying flat. This measurement is taken from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pant while the pants are lying flat. This measurement is taken across the pant in the thigh area then doubled. It is taken around the same height as the crotch seam. It should give you a rough idea of how much room you will have in the thighs. Please keep in mind that this measurement is difficult to take accurately and should only be used as a general guideline. This is measurement is taken across the bottom of the pant leg at the leg opening. The measurement Is then doubled. Please note that the colors and tones in the pictures may not be entirely accurate. Also, fabrics like cotton, linen, and tweeds may have a permeant line from where the sleeve fabric was sewn and pressed. This may become visible if you choose to lengthen the sleeves. Virtually all articles of clothing in my store have been previously worn or used. It is unlikely that most of the articles of clothing were laundered prior to sale. Some articles of clothing may have been stored with fresheners or cedar products so it is possible that an item may arrive with a scent. Some articles of clothing, especially older and vintage items, may also have a scent such as perfume, cologne, or general age-related scents. Most clothing is stored folded so items may arrive with wrinkles or non-permanent creases even if none are shown in the pictures. This may also include ironing and/or steaming.
